Description
Our client is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to join their Restructuring & Insolvency group in either Miami or New York. The ideal candidate should have experience with in-court chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings, with bankruptcy clerkship experience being a plus. The role requires a self-starter with creativity, vision, and the ability to work in a global team environment with culturally diverse members. Candidates must be admitted to and in good standing with the Florida or New York Bar. Applicants should submit a cover letter, transcript, and resume.
