Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Restructuring & Insolvency practice group in Dallas. The role involves handling corporate and commercial restructurings, loan workouts, chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with lender remedies in state and federal courts and drafting loan and security documents for distressed transactions.
