Description
Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking a talented associate with 2-4 years of restructuring experience to join their Restructuring, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy practice in their Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York offices. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and will be responsible for handling bankruptcy and insolvency-related transactions and litigation matters. Key duties include drafting pleadings, motions, and Chapter 11 documents, researching federal and state law issues, and assisting with discovery and litigation in adversary and contested matters.
