Description
Our client is looking for an associate, preferably from the law school class years 2016 through 2019, to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in representing either creditors or borrowers in various financial transactions, including liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings. This role involves collaboration with the Global Finance team and the highly esteemed Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. The associate will handle prominent cases and work with diverse financial entities such as hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds in both chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
