RETAIL AND E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE (0033)
Description
Our client, an AM Law 200 ranked law firm, is looking to expand their retail and E-commerce group in San Francisco by adding a mid level associate. This is one of the only firms in the nation to offer a specialized practice Group where attorneys work primarily with retailers and product manufacturers. This associate will work closely with the team's partners to manage a range of consumer class action litigation cases addressing issues such as false advertising, privacy, automatic renewals, ADA, environmental , and other retail-specific matters. Experience in class actions and knowledge of California's Unfair Competition Law are advantages. Three to seven years of experience is preferred but junior associates are encouraged to apply.
