Our client is seeking a career associate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience to join their esteemed Liability Risk Management practice group, focusing on insurance matters. The role involves providing legal advice on a wide range of insurance and liability risk management issues, including risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance with laws and regulations. The attorney will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop effective insurance strategies, conduct legal research, and analyze liability risk management issues. The position is available in either the Boston or New York office. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial insurance, with additional experience in litigation or M&A being advantageous.
