Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an Associate for their Securities & Capital Markets Department based in Richmond. The department comprises over 50 attorneys specializing in securities and corporate finance matters for both public and private companies, including Fortune 100 companies and smaller reporting entities. The role involves assisting companies with corporate finance transactions, public offerings, private placements of debt and equity securities, and satisfying reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act. The ideal candidate should have 4 - 6 years of experience in securities, capital markets, and other transactional matters. This is a national search with a focus on the markets in New York, Charlotte, Richmond, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C.
