Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate or Counsel (non-partnership track) to join their Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience advising government contractors on federal and state contract and regulatory compliance issues, drafting and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, assisting with bid protests, and counseling on claims and disputes involving government contracts. Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school (U.S. JD required) and excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of Virginia state court practice and procedure is preferred.
