Description
Our client is seeking a securities lawyer with over 6 years of experience to join their Investment Funds Group in a professional track/non-partnership track position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, particularly in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Responsibilities include representing public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and commercial real estate development. Candidates should possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. A JD and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction are required, with AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
