Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a qualified Securities Litigation Associate to join its dynamic practice in New York. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in Securities Litigation at a nationally recognized firm or other relevant legal experience, with substantial knowledge of federal securities laws and some experience in defending class actions asserting violations of these laws. Strong legal research skills are essential. Candidates must be bar licensed in the state/district in which they are applying or immediately eligible for admission on waiver.
