Our client is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join their team in either New York, NY, or San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities litigation, including private securities class actions, derivative suits, and SEC investigations. Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. Admission to the state bar where the candidate will practice, or eligibility to waive in, is required.
