SECURITIES REGULATORY AND ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATE (2939)

Description

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their White Collar, Investigations, and Government Enforcement practice group, focusing on securities, regulatory, and enforcement matters. The ideal candidate will be based in the Boston office and possess a JD with admission to practice in Massachusetts. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a law firm or agency, with a strong background in securities law, including litigation, defense of enforcement actions, and regulatory compliance. Experience with inquiries and investigations from entities such as the SEC, DOJ, CFTC, State AGs, State Securities Divisions, and FINRA is preferred. The role requires advising clients on business decisions related to disclosures, insider trading policies, and broker registration requirements. Strong analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
