Description
Our client, a leading player in the US Banking & Finance sector, is seeking an associate with 2 to 6 years of experience in structured finance and securitization. The ideal candidate should have a deal sheet showcasing their relevant experience. The role involves representing financial institutions, funds, and other financial services companies in a variety of financing transactions, including public and private transactions involving a wide range of asset types. Locations for placement include Charlotte, Chicago, DC, and New York. The job requires a JD from 2021 to 2017.
