Description
Our client, a leading player in the US Banking & Finance sector, is seeking an associate with 2 to 6 years of experience in structured finance and securitization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a variety of financing transactions, including public and private transactions involving a wide range of asset types. The role is open to candidates in Charlotte, Chicago, DC, and New York. Applicants must have a JD degree obtained between 2017 and 2021.
