SECURITIZATION FINANCE ASSOCIATE (1970)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate, counsel, or junior partner with 4+ years of experience in structured finance and securitization, particularly in lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings. Capital markets experience is a plus but not required. The role involves representing banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions, including trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets, often with cross-border features. Candidates should be U.S. lawyers practicing from the U.S. and are encouraged to include a deal sheet with their application. Positions are available in Charlotte, Chicago, or New York, but relevant experience is prioritized over location.
