SECURITIZATION FINANCE ASSOCIATE (3107)
Description
Our client is seeking experienced associates to join their Global Finance Group in Century City. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions, including CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, and esoteric assets. The role involves drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for underwriters, initial purchasers, issuers, and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured lending transactions.
