Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Associate to handle antitrust-related provisions in complex sale and purchase agreements, ensure antitrust compliance, and manage investigations. The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. or equivalent, with at least four years of experience in roles providing expert legal advice on antitrust laws, formulating legal strategies, conducting internal investigations, overseeing HSR filings, and representing clients in negotiations with regulatory bodies. Experience in merger review processes, litigation, and antitrust investigations is also required. Admission to practice law in Washington, DC is mandatory.
