Our client seeks a Senior Associate in New York, NY to assist partners and senior associates in developing legal strategies based on comprehensive legal research and fact analysis in sophisticated legal areas. The role requires a JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent and four years of relevant experience. Candidates must have experience in structuring private equity investments, advising on large-scale private equity fundraising transactions, negotiating and drafting U.S. federal income tax terms for various financial instruments, performing tax analysis for complex financing transactions, and negotiating tax terms in chapter 11 restructuring proceedings.
