Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a non-partnership track senior counsel with at least 8 years of experience in Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC), particularly on the investor-side. This fully remote role involves leading sophisticated financing transactions and interacting directly with renowned venture capital investors. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the execution of venture investments, often acting as the partner-level resource on a deal, with a team of associates assisting their efforts. The role does not require travel or building your own book of business, but rather focuses on fostering investor relations and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will be an excellent lawyer who enjoys training associates and has a demonstrated interest in industries such as artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, big data, fintech, life sciences, and other emerging technologies.
