Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Servicing and Special Servicing Associate to join their growing Real Estate Department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of extensive experience with servicing or special servicing matters, including consents, assumptions, defeasance, default management or commercial securitizations. Additionally, they should have at least three years of extensive experience in dispositions, acquisitions, and financings of commercial real property. Excellent academic credentials, high-level analytic, verbal and written communication skills, and admission to the North Carolina bar are required.
