Description
Our client, a leading global law firm, is in search of a mid-level associate with an expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), specifically in the private equity sector. The potential candidate should have experience with private company purchase agreements, primary issuances, and complex joint ventures. The position is open to all U.S. locations. The successful applicant will be a part of the finance department and the sports media and entertainment subgroup. Having sports experience is a bonus but not a requirement. The applicant should possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality work within a set timeframe. Compliance with all company policies and practices is expected. The minimum requirement includes a JD and 5+ years of M&A and private equity experience. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction they are applying for. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with some in-office expectations or remote, as appropriate, and may require some travel.
