Description
Our client is seeking a 4th through 6th year transactional associate to join their Sports Practice Group in San Francisco. This role focuses on commercial transactions in the sports and entertainment industries, with potential involvement in real estate, IP, and general corporate work. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with sports-related transactions, including naming rights, sponsorships, venue development, advertising, athlete and entertainer deals, licensing, and service agreements. However, candidates with strong transactional skills and experience in other industries will also be considered. This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized sports practice and work with experienced partners to serve a diverse clientele, including professional sports leagues, teams, venues, athletes, entertainers, and media companies.
