Our client, a premier law firm with a global presence, is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Structured Credit practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of a vibrant team, handling a range of sophisticated finance transactions including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), other securitization transactions, and asset-based lending (both bilateral and syndicated). The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative, and have extensive client contact and responsibilities. Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired, with potential office locations in New York, Washington, D.C., or Los Angeles.
