Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Of Counsel with over 7 years of expertise to join their highly regarded Structured Credit CLO practice in New York. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in collateralized loan obligations (CLO), securitization transactions, asset-based lending (both bilateral and syndicated), and other complex finance transactions. The role involves advising top international investment banks and asset managers on CLO transactions, as well as cash, hybrid, and synthetic collateralized debt obligations, and other asset-backed securities.
