Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their Structured Credit CLO team in Washington, D.C. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of deal teams within a leading structured finance practice, engaging extensively with clients. The team handles collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), securitization transactions, asset-based lending, and other sophisticated finance transactions, serving top international investment banks and asset managers. Ideal candidates should be entrepreneurial and innovative, with admission to the District of Columbia Bar in good standing.
