Description
Our client seeks associates and counsel for its structured finance team in New York. Ideal candidates should have experience representing financial institutions in various asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. General capital markets and/or leveraged finance experience with an interest in esoteric securitization is also encouraged. The practice focuses on innovative business structures and capital connections, particularly in esoteric capital markets securitization, including whole business, digital infrastructure, media royalty securitizations, and structured private credit facilities. Candidates should possess superior academic credentials and previous large law firm experience.
