Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking junior to senior level associates with 3 to 8 years of experience to support their structured finance securitization practice. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. Strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience are required. The team is highly collaborative and is looking to place associates in various locations across the country.
