Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their structured finance group. The ideal candidate should have robust deal experience in a law firm with a focus on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Experience across various asset types and structures is preferred but not mandatory. While the primary focus is on candidates based in Los Angeles and New York, applicants from other locations who are admitted to their state bar will also be considered.
