Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level finance associate to join their team in one of their offices located in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs. Applicants should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and should have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools. Big law firm experience and immediately transferable skills are strongly preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction to which they are applying.
