Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its finance group in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO, preferably from an AmLaw 100 law firm. Key competencies include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. The role requires effective communication with clients and colleagues, timely and accurate work product, and adherence to firm policies.
