Description
Our client is seeking a 6th-8th year Associate to join their ESG & Sustainable Finance practice, a collaborative and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising private equity firms, corporations, and project sponsors and lenders on complex legal issues related to ESG and climate-related regulatory requirements, investor demands, strategic opportunities, and voluntary reporting frameworks. Essential qualifications include a strong drive for achievement, excellent academic credentials, law firm experience, and the ability to manage a diverse range of work and client relationships. Candidates may be based in any U.S. office and must submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript.
