Description
To join their Tax and Corporate practice, our client, a global law firm, is looking for an associate with at least one year of domestic and foreign tax expertise. The ideal candidate will contribute to an array of tax matters, including cross-border tax planning strategies, taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of domestic and foreign corporations, the formation of investment funds, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, as well as have expertise in or an interest in these areas. The associate will be a member of a group of lawyers who advise clients on situations involving federal, state, and municipal tax controversy. Candidates must hold an LL.M. in taxation to be considered.
