Our client, a nationally recognized Tax Group, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and well-known companies and PE firms across various industries and locations. This role is perfect for a results-driven attorney with leadership qualities, ready to advance their career in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate should have an LL.M. in Taxation, law firm experience, broad tax knowledge including in Subchapter C, Subchapter S, corporate law, and tax reorganization, excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, a strong academic record, and be admitted to practice law in DC or eligible to waive into the DC Bar.
