Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking a 3rd – 4th Year Tax Associate for their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate should have transactional tax experience in various areas, including mergers & acquisitions, private investment funds, structured credit, real estate transactions and REITs, capital markets, financing and loan agreements, private equity backed transactions, and international taxation. Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
