Description
Our client, a global industry-leading law firm with nearly 50 offices in 29 countries, is seeking an accomplished associate to join its U.S. Tax practice. The ideal candidate will be based in New York (or other locations) and possess 3-6 years of robust experience in all aspects of transactional tax practice, including M&A transactions, partnership and joint venture transactions, capital markets, securitization offerings, and financial products. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school or a Tax LL.M. program, along with high-level writing and analytic skills.
