Description
Our client is seeking a 2-6 year associate with expertise in energy tax, tax credits, and partnership tax to support renewables and energy transition matters, including tax equity, tax credit transfers, project finance, and M&A. The ideal candidate will embody core values such as being future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. This position requires in-person availability and adherence to employment policies.
