Our client is seeking an experienced Tax Associate with 5+ years of expertise to join their national practice, focusing on federal, state, and international tax law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises. This role offers the opportunity to support dynamic clients at various growth stages and collaborate across departments to build a robust practice. Preferred candidates will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance, and will assist with equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing, collaboration arrangements, and tax planning. The ideal candidate will possess superior academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positions are available in Palo Alto or New York offices.
