Our client is seeking a mid-level tax associate for their Washington, DC office to join the 3rd – 6th year class. The associate will handle a variety of transactional tax matters, including corporate, partnership, M&A, joint ventures, real estate, cross-border, and energy tax credit issues. Ideal candidates should have experience at a top law firm, strong organizational and writing skills, refined oral communication abilities, excellent academic credentials, and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
