Description
Our client is seeking a highly-qualified associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Tax practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general transactional tax work, working closely with corporate practices to advise on a range of tax matters including corporate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, LLCs, joint ventures, private equity, real estate, and capital markets transactions. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent communication skills.
