Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience in multistate state and local tax planning, tax litigation, and tax controversy. An LL.M. degree in taxation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, along with strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where they will be working. This position offers flexibility in location, as candidates can be based in any office where the firm operates.
