Description
Our client is seeking experienced associates to join their Tax practice in Chicago, focusing on M&A and joint venture transactions, cross-border transactions, securitizations, restructurings, and representing emerging companies, private equity, and hedge funds. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of transactional tax experience, particularly with corporate and partnership tax issues, and must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar.
