Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level tax associate to join their Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team, offering a unique opportunity for a lateral associate eager to contribute to an expanding team. This role is available in multiple large markets, including a dynamic office in downtown Orlando. The successful candidate will work with a dedicated team representing both for-profit and nonprofit developers in various aspects of affordable multifamily housing projects across the U.S., utilizing diverse federal, state, and local programs. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in partnership tax, ideally with federal income tax credits, an undergraduate degree in Accounting, and preferably an LLM in Taxation. Strong academic credentials, writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with membership in good standing with any state bar.
