Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an entry-level attorney to join their Taxation Practice Group in the Business Law Department, with a primary focus on renewable energy tax matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in taxation, with a background in the field being highly preferred. The role requires a dynamic, team-oriented, and highly motivated individual with excellent academic credentials, strong writing, drafting, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to client service are essential. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be enrolled in a Tax LL.M. program at an ABA-approved law school. They must also be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) in which they are admitted to practice. Timely admission to the state Bar corresponding to the office of hire will be a condition of employment.
