Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their tax practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of tax experience, including advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions. Candidates should demonstrate high motivation, initiative, excellent problem-solving skills, strong client relations skills, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing matters. A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required, and an LLM is preferred but not mandatory. Positions are available in Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica, or Washington, DC.
