Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate with 1 to 4 years of experience to join their transactional tax team, focusing on the energy industry. The position can be based in various locations across the United States, with additional locations considered depending on the candidate's profile. The ideal candidate should have experience in a transactional tax practice, with partnership experience, including drafting, being particularly beneficial. Energy tax experience is not a requirement as training will be provided. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ideally be in the process of earning, or already have, an LL.M. in taxation. As part of the Tax Practice team, the position will involve firm-wide interaction and client contact.
