Description
Our client’s Tax & Benefits practice group is seeking a junior to mid-level associate for their New York or Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have solid transactional tax experience, including exposure to international issues, and will engage significantly with the private equity industry and fund world. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an LL.M. in taxation (or in the process of earning one) are required. Law firm experience is preferred, though large accounting firm experience will also be considered. The role involves firm-wide interaction, client contact, and opportunities for professional growth through involvement in organizations and speaking/writing engagements.
