Description
Our client is seeking an associate for their business transactions practice group in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of tax law experience, with additional exposure to complex business transactions, securities offerings, corporate finance transactions, and joint ventures being advantageous. An LL.M. in Taxation is required, along with excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills. Admission to practice in Florida and experience in a larger law firm are preferred, though strong candidates from major markets considering relocation to Tampa are welcome. The role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and the capability to handle client matters independently in a client-focused environment.
