Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a tax controversy associate for their office in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have two to seven years of relevant experience in the Litigation Department. Essential qualifications include a Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation, and the candidate must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The role requires strong research and writing skills, a solid academic record, and experience in tax controversy (audits, appeals) and tax litigation. The job operates in a standard office environment and involves the use of common office equipment. The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
