Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Tax Controversy Associate for their offices in Atlanta, GA and Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of tax litigation experience, a Juris Doctorate (JD), and an LLM in Taxation. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state where the office is located. Experience in tax court is required, and familiarity with civil and criminal tax controversy, whistleblower claims, and voluntary offshore disclosures is preferred. The role demands strong academic records and analytical skills. The job operates in a standard office environment, requiring routine use of office equipment.
