Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Tax Controversy Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Tax practice group based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have federal tax controversy experience and will join a team that advises clients on a wide range of policy, planning, and controversy matters. The associate will counsel domestic and multinational corporations on various tax matters including the Advance Pricing Agreement program, foreign tax credits, partnerships, consolidated returns, transfer pricing, repatriation, the domestic manufacturing production deduction, tax accounting issues, and complex financial transactions. The role involves extensive interaction with clients across various industries and offers the opportunity to advise a broad range of Fortune 100 companies.
